We received this as a Christmas present - had a little trouble with starting it - the ignition /flame took about 15 minutes for my husband to tinker with before it started up.
Got it started and now we are enjoying it.

Great Addition to my Patio

I bought this about 2 weeks ago and assembled it last weekend. The unit looks great and was fairly simple to assemble though the instructions could be better and the illustrations should be larger to clearly show detail. The unit does not generate any real heat and the flame is lower than expected and occasionally peaks to the top. My only real complaint is the propane tank needs to be removed in order to move the unit on its wheels. I found this out the hard way when the wheel brackets bent the 1st time I moved it.

The tubular flame is very eye appealing for our members.

Beautiful Heater

We got this as a Christmas gift from our son and we love it! Put it together in one afternoon and fired it up the next night. Lovely flame, on low or high, makes our back porch all the more enjoyable. I would recommend this unit to anyone, just be sure to read the instructions carefully and go slow because the pics in the instructions are not the best quality. I had to redo a couple of steps, but it was worth it in when we got to see the beautiful flame tube on the first night.

I bought this a couple weeks ago for our patio in summer! I am not disappointed! It was relatively easy to put together and everything is sturdy! I like that it’s brushed bronze, adds elegance to the heater. So excited for those cool summer nights to fire her up!

We just got ours. Put it together in hour and a half. Put new tank in. Turned it on and Fantastic Heat - very easy to use - and with wheels very easy to move around patio. It also Looks good with its brush copper sides. Very Happy with purchase - May get another one.
