Very Sad. Does not Sync to App

I was excited to receive a Timex watch since they were always the best! Now I’m just sad that I cannot even sync it to the app. Tried for hours but would not sync. Seems to be a widespread issue. I need a solution please!!

Could not get the watch to sync at all. My husband got frustrated and put it in the drawer for about a year. I wanted it back because its so pretty and wanted to use it. Still wouldn't sync and we were about to throw it away, when I decided to try using the chat feature on timex web site since it was a gift from him and I really want to be able to use it. I have been chatting for over an hour with a technician and no luck on his end. He seems to be really trying Now the minutes are ticking backward!!! He is still trying to help me, but its been over an hour and still no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
