This is a good watch

I would prefer to give this watch 4.5 stars and I'd give it an unqualified five stars if it tracked activities like biking, as well as steps. For walking, this watch tracks my mileage, steps, and calories. You can also set personalized goals for all these benchmarks. You can adjust the sensitivity of the tracking mechanisms and make distance adjustments if you feel it isn't tracking properly, or test it on a known distance course. It can track my sleep time, measuring deep and light sleep as well. What's more it keeps the totals for that day, week, month, or year. I have changed phones with this watch, and it kept my totals. I have not changed the battery on this watch, which might be a hassle, I just don't know yet. You can set alarms and timers with the app. My favorite feature is the second hand, because, in the settings, you change this from tracking seconds to pointing out the date on one of the first 31 ticks of the second-marks. So, if it was on the 15th second, it would be the 15th day of the month. It is very handy. The watch band is comfortable, walking, working, or working out, and I will look for similar bands in the future because of this watch. In the more than six months of owning this watch, the only complaint I have is that I cannot track biking.

Great idea but it doesn't work!

I have an IQ plus watch. Initially I got it to sync only with difficulty. However it was sinking for a while. Now the watch will connect but then fails to sync. Tells me to reboot my watch. Reboot the watch no joy. Reinstall the app. No joy. Does not keep accurate time if not syncd. My wife's is doing the same thing. Very dissatisfied. Seems like no updates.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The watch looks great - uncluttered and elegant! It is easy to set up and sync with the app. I only wish the app would share data with other fitness apps.

Does not track what it says

Does not track actively The App does not move out of set up The watch stopped on day 15 Wife bought one same time same order. she dropped hers from a 3 foot table and it stopped - not at all shock resistant- really is junk

Stopped working

Bluetooth connectivity with my phone stopped working after 2 months. Not only can't download data, but can't align the hands and since Daylight Savings started, my watch is one hour behind.
