Second Hand not moving

My review is not good right now, I love the looks, I cannot figure out the paring and why the second hand is not moving. It keeps time, but it's weird the seconf hand is not moving
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it and gives me what I need - Took back apple

I bought this and an Apple watch - series 2. This is sleek and gives me the information I need in a very interesting way! Very well made. Timex quality. I am a pilot and most likely going to a review of this watch against a few others before I take back the Series 2 Apple watch.
Note to Timex - I would LOVE an export option for the data that is captured for this watch! I track my fitness and currently I have to manually upload the data (meaning I type in the numbers!). If there is a way to do this now with the current functionality, please let me know.

Whats the point of a tracker that doesn't track?

Brand new. Piece of junk. Tracks now and then. Maybe. Like 10 percent of the time if you are lucky. I have reset, reinstalled multiple times. Aftet reset it seems to work until you sync to see how many steps. Counts no steps after that. No wait, it added 50 steps for the rest of the day.... Yeah, sending it back for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the look of the watch but does not work

The watch hands have to be reset twice a day and the app says that it will email logs to TIMEX and they are rejected. The steps are not accurate. I have been very disappointed in the watch and support.

Sync problem

I have an iphone 6s and a timex iq + move but they do not connect. can you update the app? Many users have the same problem so do not write that we will be contacted by customer service but update the app!!!!!!!!!!

This is a piece of junk. Worked for a while, now the battery has been changed and nothing works. Before battery change it was 2 minutes late; realligning hands does not work as instructions in the app are for a different watch. Ridiculous. I thought Tomex was a reputable company. NO more

So much potential wasted...

This is very beautiful watch with a great ideas wasted in mediocre product.
Tracking fictionally is good enough. App is not that great - I need to kill it to re-sync, auto sync does not work at all.
Almost all good, until I needed my battery changed. This is where the nightmare starts.
First I tried to do it myself - it's not the first watch I own, should be simple, right? WRONG! The snap-off case was shut solid, I did some minor damage to outer case trying to pry it open.
Ok, the manual suggests to take it to a professional ("skilled" they say, did not know why at this point). Local professional, with circa 25 years of experience in fixing watches... also had hard time opening it and left additional marks on the case.
Done, shut with the watch press, all good, right? WRONG. After a few days the case snapped back open on my wrist... And again and again... The last one was when I was taking shower, so it got foggy and stopped synchronizing. Trying to get it dried right now, we'll see how it goes.
Just to mention, I always pick my watches water resistant as I've got really bad eyesight, so I need to keep my watch on at all times.
Also the strap likes to fall off with not that hard accidental pull.
Never had so many problems with a watch...
All too bad, because if it all was good, it would be almost ideal watch...

We have sent you an email for the trouble shooting steps on your watch. Usually, to connect your watch with the phone, you need to press and hold the crown for about 5 seconds until you hear the 3 tone melody and the hands move together. Then the watch phone with begin to sync with the watch, to re-sync the same procedure should apply.

We’re sorry to hear that that you’re having trouble closing the back case of your watch. We don’t usually encourage our customers to change the batteries themselves as closing the back case will need a special tool. This ensures that your watch will be tightly sealed and will still be water resistant.
