Best gift ever

When i got this bottle I thought it was another meh bottle, it didn't look like it would keep my water cool since doesn't look isolated or anything. After i tried it the first time for real (with ice cubes and cold water) I was amazed that there would still be ice cubes the morning after (i didn't add more water, added the ice and water around 9pm). As well as my tea was still boiling hot the following morning (same conditions). Even when sitting all day in a hot car exposed to the sun, the ice wouldn't melt and the water would still be cold. By far, the BEST bottle I've ever used.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Water Bottle Ever!!!

I got the silver thermalock bottle as a gift and I accidentally dropped it on the floor With the cap on and the mouthpiece cracked and broke in half, this made me very sad especially when it’s a new water bottle and I was expecting to use it for many years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't buy replacement neck, may have to throw out

I have had the same problem with broken neck as others have pointed out. The bottles are great and pretty sturdy. The plastic neck is broken on one of the bottles... and I wouldn't mind that so much if I could find a replacement neck. Not really a green choice if I have to through out a perfectly good bottle, for want of a small plastic part. I'm just about fed up with looking, and if I can't find one, I can't justify buying another Contigo bottle.

Very Good Water Bottle, Easy to Clean

I have used this water bottle for years. It has been very good, easy to clean, stays fresh (better than plastic ones), and fits many holders. Warranty support is outstanding if you ever need it.

Rubber neck problems

I love my marble design bottle but the rubber neck broke, chipped off and no longer leak proof! I can’t find a replacement neck and as an essential worker worker crazy hours, I do not have time for this. Guess I’ll be buying from another company.

Impossible to properly clean lid! Smells horrible.

I really did like everything about this bottle, until it started to smell horrible. The gasket in the top lid is impossible to clean. I even tried soaking it and used vinegar and baking soda. The smell is unbearable, leading me to believe there is some dangerous bacteria growing under there. Really disappointing. What model would you recommend that won’t have this issue?

Great water bottle

I love this water bottle, keeps my liquids cold and never have to look for the lid! But had unpleasant mouth full of paper on my first use. Why would you put directions adhered to the inside of the water bottles with no warning?
