Lid is annoying and ice melts really fast!

The ice melts so fast. It seems like the Addison/Ashland design keeps ice longer than this one. The 2 part lid is dumb. I actually didn't even realize that you drink from the white part! I gave it a second chance, because I thought maybe that was the reason my ice melted so fast (because I was unscrewing the whole lid). Nope, still melted and didn't keep water really cold.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanted to love this bottle but simply can not!

I am so disappointed in this bottle. It’s so frustrating when ever I unscrew the lid the white piece comes out with the lid no matter what I do plus I have to fight the lid every time I try to screw the lid back on... I thought the problem was with the white piece & lid but I’m guessing it’s the bottle as well. Love the shape of the bottle but I guess it’s just not for me.

Matterhorn Water Bottle flaw

One of the two Matterhorn water bottles we purchased from Costco leaks water. Wondering what the warranty is? Would love to have it replaced.

Spout Cracked and Can't Get a Replacement

I LOVE the water bottle itself but the spout on one of our 4 bottles that we have purchased cracked and broke ad I am unable to get a replacement for it. If I could get a new or replacement spout I would definitely give it 5 stars. My daughter uses hers daily for school and I use mine for working out!

Not worth the money :/

I literally just purchased this water bottle on Thursday afternoon. By Friday, I was no longer able to detach the silver top from the plastic piece between the top and the bottle so now I have to drink out of the stainless steel part forever seems like. I’m not happy about this. Wish I could get my money back, it’s not worth the purchase because of that issue.
Drinks can stay cold for a few hours, but ice melts. Which means the drink will eventually no longer be cold. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this to purchase.

My drinks won’t stay cold

My ice melts only after a few hours and my drinks do not stay cold....maybe I have a dud?! What can I do, it says it has a lifetime warranty? It’s a contigo thermalock. I’m so disappointed.

With cold liquid and a couple of ice cubes, the Thermalock can sit on a beach, in direct sunlight, all day and STILL keep your beverage cold. It's well made and great price.
