Great water bottle!

I just bought this cup and love it already. It's sturdy and keeps my water wonderfully cold. My only regret is I bought the 20 ounce and should have got the 32 oz.

I’ve been using this bottle for a few months now and I’m loving it... But I drop the white part on the floor and a piece of it broke, is there a way to buy the white part only???

This water bottle is pretty good but it really sucks that when I unscrew the lid the white mouth piece comes off with it and it's difficult to sperate too. Plus since they both do this, the bottle tends to leak from time to time. I was really hoping this water bottle would last for me since I needed a new one. Now I have this problem. Please help

I am someone who ALWAYS reads reviews but never writes them. I had to come write a review for this product as it's actually making me lose my mind.
First of all, I am a HUGE fan of contigo water bottles. I have far more than my fair share and I literally tell everyone I know that they HAVE to get one of the chill bottles and their life will be changed forever.
I saw these and just had to get them to add to my collection. The number one excitement for this bottle was the wide mouth. I love to chug water and I love the ease of cleaning these. While I do love my Autoseal chill bottles so very much, I hate that you can't clean the tops as well as the plastic ones where you can pop out the mouth piece... but I can't go back to my plastic ones as I'm addicted to my chill bottles (Side note: You can use the tops from the plactic bottles with your chill bottles... but they just don't match as much as I'd like them to).
Anyways. I thought this would be the PERFECT bottle. It has the chill factor with the wide mouth for chugging and easy to clean.. My heart fluttered over this and I had to find them!
Unfortunately, I am insanely disappointed. The design flaw in the top is making me lose my mind. It is so frustrating that 90% of the time, the mouth piece comes off and I either have to drink from the metal (which is no good because I will always spill the water over me every single time), or disconnect the two and put the plastic mouthpiece back on. So frustrating.
I also have to say that for some reason, I do not find this bottle keeps my water nearly as cold as the original chill bottles do. I'm not sure what this is, but there is a significant difference after a few hours.
The idea is really there with this bottle, and I need it to work so bad. I hope Contigo is able to evolve this product in the very near future to make it work as amazing as it could.

The best Mug Contigo makes by far!

Leak proof, keeps the heat for a long time! More then enough for tea or coffee. I love it! Its smooth Finnish, confortable feel In Your hand. The best mug u can buy for anyone any age. Cold also works very excellent. Although I use it for hot. Very easy to clean as well!
