Two two lids design is a big failure!

Two Lids, that really is a bad idea, or they should be screwed tight toward an opposite direction, so that one won't come off with the other, I definitely won't recommend this bottle.

Worst water bottle, can't keep warm

I bought a twin pack from Costco. It cannot keep the water warm. Even worst than generic drug store brand. I can feel the heat from outside of bottle. very disappointed. I am going to return them to Costco.

Excellent water bottle, not meant for hot drinks

Water stays cool and fresh, however I find it doesnt work well with coffee or other hot beverages. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

They insert paper that CANNOT come out!

I just purchased this bottle today and what a mistake! Who decides to insert a piece of paper in the bottle that does not come out! The neck of the bottle does not allow the paper that contains the care & use instructions to come out. I can’t beleive how frustrating this is. Something that seems so easy is in fact so difficult. Don’t he manufacturers see this before selling it on the shelves?! How hard is it to tape it on the outside?

Love you products, but...

I have several Contigo beverage containers and I really loved the idea of being able to add ice to this water bottle, but the added sealed section allowing ice to be added always comes off with the lid. I find this very frustrating and will probably be getting rid of the container.
