Loved this bottle!

I got this bottle in November and I loved this bottle it keeps my coffee nice and hot and my water cold however not long ago it was dropped of my desk by someone and the top is now leaking. I try not filling it too much and not move it around much but it continues to leak. Is there any way to fix the top? I really don’t want to change it . Thank you

In the beginning loved this product kept drinks hot and cold as it reads but lids not spectacular. I have 4 of these and all 4 have broken lids with either the seal has become too loose or the nubby seal on mouth piece has fallen off and become lost thus causing leaks if it had better lid it is exactly as described. I would recommend but would advise about lid first
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really great and does what it says - except the ga

The mug works flawlessly for several months with proper use and hand washing only. The mug still looks brand nee and keeps drinks hot and cold as long as stated. But the gasket has come loose on both of my mugs I purchased only 5 months prior. The material must be too weak and stretches over time as lid is closed. Now, it is pretty useless as leaks from under lid without a proper seal And I can’t seem to find official replacement gaskets.

Lid leaks

Received this product as a Christmas gift. Drinking from it one day and lid started to leak. I thought lid wasn't secured properly but wasn't the case. Rubber seal had come apart and would not stay in place after many tries. Gave up and am back to using my YETI.

Paint chips and the seal doesn't last

When I first bought this I absolutely loved it, I followed the directions and hand washed it after use. The paint has peeled off and the seal doesn't hold too well. I have several Contigo products and am disappointed in this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

contigo mug

I have four of these & it was a mistake. The lids are difficult to get on correctly & even though the mugs are the same, the tops only go on certain mugs. IE: Red mug can't use silver or blue top. Even when the mugs are on, all 4 of mine leak & have since I got them. Will not buy contigo products again.

Seal not holding

The seal on the inside lid came out and won't fit back in securely. Every time I drink from it, it leaks all over me!! Previously, I had the same mug for years and never had this problem. Very disappointed in this new design!

I bought my contigo byron mug about a year ago while travelling on business because I forgot to bring mine. 1 year later and I am still amazed at how well this mug keeps liquids insulated. I made tea in the morning, sealed it and forgot to take it to work. 9 hours later and the liquid was still slightly warm. Amazing! Love it!
