Awsome service for awsome mug!

This mug is incredible! I take very long time to drink my coffee and this mug is keeping my coffee hot!!! I had a litle problem with the gasket of my old one and the company respect his lifetime warranty and send me a new one. Wow, this service is so hot!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaking mess!

This mug leaks all over everytime I use it. The seal on the inner part of the lid twists and is very difficult to put back in. I am very disappointed in this product. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gasket failure

My wife and I both bought the snap seal coffee mug and both within 4 months started leaking like crazy. The mug itself works great keeps coffee hot for a long time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little disappointed.

I love the size of this mug and that it can hold so much liquid. I am also appreciative of the diameter of the product. It`s a manageable size for my smaller hands and it fits into my coffee cup holder. I always keep 2 on the go but have had 4 in total. Unfortunately, I keep encountering the same problem with the seal not staying in which causes the liquid to leak out. I hand wash the product only and still keep encountering this issue. Need to replace the one as I am tired of trying to patch it.

A little disappointed

I really like my travel mug but I'm disappointed that the little nipple that seals the opening to sip from popped off already and I have only been using it since the day after Christmas 2019. I received this mug as a present after several friend recommended it. Again, great mug with a little problem.

Leaking lid

I have loved using my Contigo the last few months. However, recently it is starting to leak. Kind off disappointing. I also haven't found anywhere that I would be able to purchase just the lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaks Everywhere and paint chips off

I have four of these mugs and all four of them leak. The seal does not stay in. It's almost like it is too big for the lid. Nothing like burning your skin going to take a sip of coffee in the morning.

Love It!!

I've had my Snapseal mug for 4 years now. It's been thrown in rucksacks, rolled around in the bottom of canoes, been up & down mountains & its never disappointed me, never leaked & kept warm even on winter mountaineering days. I may need to replace the rubber seal soon but not bad for a 4 year old mug.
