Quality coffee thermos

I honestly love this product. It does exactly what it promises as far as keeping hot stuff hot, and cold drinks cold. Its designed to fit comfortable in you hand. Easy to grip, and easy to operate with one hand. So for the first 4 weeks I absolutely loved it, and would have sworn by this product. However, last week I noticed that it started leaking when I would drink from it. And after further examination I discovered that the rubber seal in the top of the lid had puckered, and somehow expanded. Now there appears to be too much rubber seal, so the puckering causes it to leak. And now the seal is just too big and loose to do its job. This is very disappointing. And on top of that I couldn't find their contact information. So that's why I'm leaving this post. Hopefully they will contact me. So for as much as I would like to recommend this product, I cannot do so without some sort of resolution.

Poor quality. Constantly leaks because the O ring came loose after just a few uses.

I have been a loyal Contigo travel mug fan for many many years. I have even convinced friends to use them. The problem I have is that the seal inside the lid keeps coming out. I put it back in thinking I am my own hero. Nope. Put the lid back on and I end up wearing hot coffee. There isn't anything wrong with the travel mug but I can't use it because the lid seal won't stay in. Would love to be able to replace the lids.

Mold on seal

I have used this snapseal every day for a few months with regular washes. Unfortunately and most disturbingly the tiny rubber part that seals the spot where you drink from became covered in black mold that literally wouldn't come off. Very upsetting, unhealthy and just gross.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks constantly

Seal on top of lid is twisted, misshapen, and too large. Falls out of place everytime I use it. Coffee then leaks all over my truck

Can we put an AUTOSEAL cap on an SNAPSEAL Mug ?

I'm a Contigo Cup fan, using and gifting them for many years. I very like the Snapseal cup but I prefer the Autoseal cap. Can we put an AUTOSEAL cap on this SNAPSEAL Mug ?

I have three of these mugs. I love them. Hot liquids stay hot and cold liquids stay cold for hours and hours! When two of the tops disappeared I was so upset, and I contacted contigo to try and replace them. Contigo replaced the mugs for me!! This is a company I will do business with for many years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!
