All 4 of my mugs leak

I purchased one mug several years ago, I fell in love with it as it worked fine. One day I dropped it on concrete and it dented so I threw it out. I went back out and bought another one and that leaked, store said to call you. Being that I am so busy I don’t have time to run back-and-forth to stores, and wait for a mug thru warranty. So I went back out and bought two more, one for me and my husband. Oh my gosh!!! Again, the rubber seal that goes around the inside of lid is over large and part of it sits like a loop inside the lid. Since drinking coffee on the go is our only way to enjoy coffee. I’m a little apprehensive. But, i caved and sure enough they leak. I am a little concerned with this, as these mugs are not cheap. Another issue I have is the rubber hand grip that sits around the mug to hold. You should have it in your instructions to take that rubber off periodically because it grows mildew when water gets behind

Best coffee mug EVER!!!

I put coffee in my snap seal n 5 hours later in the car it's still drinkble!!! NEVER has that in a travel mug before! We had two, just bought two more, n thinking about buying our kid n their spouses one!!! Can't go wrong!!!

I use strictly for cold water. It never sweats. I have filled with just a couple of ice cubes and left in 100 degree car for 5 hours and came out to cold water. Love the non drip lock and love the non straw drinking motion!

My coffee stays hot the whole day at work. Never have a spill. Just wish they would make the 24 oz snapseal in more colors because I would have one of each!
