Water bottle fine LID NOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of our bottles got dropped after the first week, only from a small height and the lid broke. We have tried gluing several time but it leaks. We have had no issues with the other 3 which have all had fair share of "accidents" Im thinking it may have been a faulty batch. Have tried several times contacting someone to get a replacement lid but no responce
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but poor lasting quality

At first cup would keep coffee at drinkable temperatures for up to 4 hours; now barely an hour.
