contigo snap seal cup

This cup does not do what it says on the packet, unless I have a faulty cup this cup doesn’t keep drinks hot for up to 7 hours maybe Luke warm after 2/12 hours. I work as an adventure training instructor so bought this cup on every ones reviews how disappointed I was on the final product. Made my brew ready for my days adventure after about 2 1/2 - 3 hours in time for a well earned hot brew ........ what I did a get a Luke warm brew not a hot one what so ever and what makes it worse is this cup had been wrapped up in a towel as well so shouldn’t have lost much heat what so ever Please don’t waste your money who ever wrote these reviews are not stating the truth it’s not worth the money. If you want a great thermos mug go to a proper hiking / adventure training web site then you’ll get proper reviews from honest people

My Lid came with damages

The mug works great however my lid looks like parts of it was melted off? I'm not sure why that happened. I mean it was a pretty hot day, the day it arrived at my house but so hot that it would melt parts of the lid? Not sure how that happen. It's still usable but i'm still kind of bumbed bout the lid being in the condition that it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy, efficient, economical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best travel mug for the money, hands down. I own more of these than I care to admit. My Contigo Byrons are almost as strong an addiction as the coffee I need first thing every morning. That sounds phony. It's not. I've stopped buying any other brand, as they don't measure up. Byron and West Loop are my go-tos for keeping coffee hot for hours.

Great tea mug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how long my hot tea stays hot. I make it first thing in the morning but don't drink it until I've finished at the gym - a 90 minute yoga class. It is still hot and wonderful for my ride to work.

Best Mug Ever for 24 oz, but O-Ring problem

I love this mug for the 24 oz, keeps it fresh & hot, However after three months of use, the O-Ring in the cover comes out and I can't replace it! This causes the top of the mug to leak and of course I can't use it. I have purchased 3 of these over the past two years and every on has the same problem. I'm going to switch over to the Autoseal version and see if I have better luck.
I would recommend this to a friend!
