Now leaking

Initially loved. Gasket has come out of lid several times. Mug now leaks all the time despite my best effort to put the gasket back. Keeps coffee hot but the leaking is a problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another seal problem

Both seals this time.....
the rim of the mug itself causes friction with the 2.5 dia. seal on the inside of the lid when screwing it off and on over time, causing it to stretch out and no longer fit back into the seal channel. The "SNAPSEAL" popped off the second one I purchased and I can't find it anywhere. Both resulted in the front of me getting doused with liquid. Again, I don't see where seals can be purchased separately in your parts section. Again, both expensive and rendered useless!

Seal leaks

I love the product but the seal ring on the inside of the lid started coming out/buckling and it leaks. Unfortunately, it's difficult to file a complaint and get a replacement ring or lid. I have only had this travel mug for a few months.

Does Not Keep Drink Hot

I have owned Contigo before, and I bought this mug because it's not often that I drink hot coffee but in this season, needed it. My previous Contigo mug, kept my coffee almost "too hot" and this mug doesn't keep my coffee hot for even an hour. Even if I boil the water. I am very disappointed in this mug.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF BEING ABLE TO POP THIS PLASTIC TRAVEL COFFEE MUG INTO THE MICROWAVE. I JUST ORDERED 2 MORE AS I CAN' FIND THEM IN THE STORES. MY OLD ONE HAS SEEN A LOT OF USE AND HAS BEEN CRAZY GLUED TWICE BECAUSE OF DROPPING IT.
