I reqlly love how hot my hot chocolate stays. However i did lose the rubber piece. Is there a link to buy replacement rubber pieces or lids?

Best travel mug ever

I use mine for my tea as I'm disabled it's easy to hold and I needed something that doesn't leak I've tried other with disappointment so when I brought this I was amazed it does not leak so I'm a happy customer

I bought the purple trace mug (my favorite color) and something is messed up with the seal in the lid because coffee leaks all over me. It has never been in a dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cold comfort

I bought this mug to take a hot drink with me when I play golf. I am very disappointed. Within an hour of starting a round I find the tea/coffee is lukewarm. Not what I expected.
