Poor leaky design

Rubber seals fell out in 3out of 4 units already. Everything else seems nice but your liquid will run right down your chin!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It stays cold for 12 hours! Hot for 10! Best part it doesn't leak! These are our second sets because our college age children stole ours on their last home visit.

Stays hot forever

I love this travel mug. It is so good at insulating my drinks, that it takes a long time for them to cool down enough to drink out of. It can keep a mug of tea hot for hours. I have never had a travel mug that is nearly this good. The snapseal lid works great also.

Keeps Hot But inside peeling

I love this mug it keeps my coffee hot for hours, no leaking, but I am concerned about the inside flaking or peeling off, I thought it was coffee stains but I do not think so because it’s lighter where coffee is and darker where it is not. I only hand wash and do not use scrub brush so I don’t understand why there is scratches or peeling.

They are very good mugs

The only real problem with the mugs is the rubber sleeve does not stay glued to the cup. If they could figure this out they would be awesome mugs have been using them for years

After two months (mid-Aug to mid-Oct) seal is bad

The Wife and I each bought a Snapseal Byron for the school year. I used mine for smoothies, and only recently hot coffee. A seal ring fell out of the lid a couple of weeks ago, before I used it with a hot liquid. I tried to put it back, of course, but since then my coffee has been lukewarm two hours later and today leaked all over my bag. Previously, with smoothies, the bottle had been in the same bag daily without a leak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
