Rubber Seal on Lid is horrible

I love how hot it keeps my coffee(for hours) however this is my second Mug and on both the Rubber Seal on the lid came off spilling all over my bag.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great until it doesn't

I love my mug BUT the need to constantly remove the o-ring to clean it is a pain. And now, the darn thing leaks all the time. I think I dumped more coffee down the front of me today than I actually drank. Additionally, the rubber "grip" on the outside has to be removed after washing to get moisture out and now it is loose/goofy.
Really wish I could just put an auto-lock lid on it but nope, have to now buy a new one....
I would recommend this to a friend!

I happened upon the Contigo mug and LOVE mine. It truly keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. I have several and have never had a problem with leaking. Very happy customer :D

The lid lost a part and now it is not leakproof. Found this out after it emptied into my lunch bag :(

Received a Byron as a gift last year and so thought it the best cup ever. I purchased 2 more in case something would happen to the first one and you quit carrying that design! One extra and one to give as a gift. Quality produce.
