Best cup I ever purchased I have maybe 20 different types and this cup is THE BEST my ice water stays cold sometimes more than 24 hours I put ice in my cup in the morning and most of the ice is still there atnight and sometimes the next morning

Love this travel mug. It holds the amount of tea I used to put in two mugs. Plus, I can carry it without bulk and leaks. The only downside though is that it’s extremely hard to open and hurts my thumb each time. But other than that this mug is worth the price.

Best Travel mug I've bought so far!

I have bought so many travel mugs it's, not funny. This travel mug is by far the best mug I have. It keeps hot things hot for a long time and cold things cold. (I once accidentally left it full of small ice cubes and cold water overnight, and it still had some ice clinking around in the morning.) I like that it can easily hold a Timmy's XL steeped tea, PLUS still has room for a bit of extra milk. The lid was a bit tricky to learn at first (if you're used to a flip lock lid) but I found I like this type of lid much better. Most of the flip lids I've owned have broken off after the first drop but I've dropped this travel mug several times with no damage (besides a few dings) to the lid or the mug itself (and I'm clumsy, so that says something). This mug cleans like a dream and I have not had a problem with discoloration or staining since I bought it over a year ago. I definitely can't say that about my other travel mugs (that now sit in my cupboard taking up space). Definitely would recommend this mug. :)

The lid is too lose and opens too easily. LEAKS

This was my first thermal insulated mug and I'm greatly disappointed. While the mug does keep drinks hot and cold for extended periods of times, it fails to do the essential: prevent leaks. The lid opens too easily with only a very small amount of force. This has led to numeorus leaks, one which was quite embarassing in my classes. I would not recommend.
