Love, love, love this bottle

I drive several hundred miles twice a week for my job, and this bottle is a life saver for me. I often have very little time to stop for a beverage and water is a necessity for me. I can fill this bottle once, and it keeps my water cold and delicious and is enough to last for my work day. Sadly I lost mine yesterday during my work travels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good mug, but paint job is awful

I have my black 24oz mug for less then 2 months, using it only on my desk. I wash it only with water on the tap and hand. No machine, no sponges and nothing else. It never leaves my office. Yet, the black paint between the rubber part and the lid is getting loose very easily. You just need to touch it with the finger and it scratches veeeery easily. Would never buy this black one neither recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t open.

The bottle works well but the problem I have with it is that the snap seal is nearly impossible to open most of the time. I’m a fairly strong person and about 50% of the time the lid won’t budge. You can’t have an effective mug if you can’t open it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the size of these cups and of course the fact that your drinks stay either hot or cold for hours. The lid design on this cup is better than most, in that it's easy to clean and is leak proof.

Poor lid

I love contigo products and this mug does hold the heat, but the lid needs to be redesigned. It is a small spout for drinking out of and I always burn myself and it leaks all over me when I'm not careful. Generally, I have to take the lid off to drink out of it, which only lets heat escape faster. Great concept, but lid is less than desirable.
