BEST CUPS EVER MADE!

This was the first purchase I made, bought one for hubby and one for me to drink coffee from. I was blown away that I put coffee in at 6am, and at 2:45pm it was still hot. So I went back and bought the loop ones for water. Ice from the day before is still in my cup, and being a waterholic, this is important. . I'm a CONTIGO fan for life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received this as a gift and it doesn't seem to stay as hot as my other contigo mugs. Kind of disappointed, guess I can't complain since it was a gift. Glad I didn't spend money on this one. :(

Very difficult to open, but more importantly, it leaks when drinking. I tried several times to screw on lid, but even when perfectly aligned, it leaks where the top joins the cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Favorite travel mug!

This has been my go to mug for 2 years. I love to put coffee in it in the morning then switch to cold drinks in the afternoon. My favorite part is the no leaking. I recently bought everyone in the family one. However, the rubber ring around the inside of the lid has become loose and bunches up when I screw my lid on. Is there a way to buy replacements?
