It works great I have had other mugs I use but tho one beats all of them by a long shot I am able to keep hot beverages hot for 6 hours the other ones I have used have only been hot for maybe an hour so to me it is one of the best

I drive a flower delivery van. My old water bottle was difficult to clean. I was looking for a water bottle that is easy to clean, fits in holder in the door, holds a lot, does not spill, and I can use with one hand (while driving). This is exactly what I was looking for. It does all the things I wanted.

I purchased a 20oz Byron. I only use it at home in my den to keep my water cold. I like the design of the Snapseal. My only complaint is the size of the drink spout hole, it's to small. You need to make this feature larger and oblong.
I want to purchase a 24oz for coffee but this and the two color options have stopped me from purchasing. I will wait to see if you make any changes in colors available and spout design.. In the mean time I will use my Starbucks fliptop mug. I mainly want something bigger for coffee and I dislike the design of the Yeti style tumblers.

I have had many travel mugs over the years.. and this one by far has been the best, as somone who drinks hot drinks all day and in all weather's, the need to keep my tea hot is important. I also work construction and they will take quite a beating.
I have never had any issues with leaking or smelling. I have 3 of these now and plan to buy more they go in the dishwasher daily and get dropped and kicked around all the time and still no issues apart from a few dents..
Still just as good as the day i got them.

Love the design, fits in car holder well, easy to use, does not slip out of hand. However, it does not keep water COLD for more than 1.5 hours.

cold coffee

I purchased my contigo mug on sunday was excited to use for monday poured my coffee in my cup at 6:45am and by the time I got to work at 7:30 it was so cold, not even luke warm but cold. NOT HAPPY
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does what it promises - keeps cold drinks cold and hot ones hot for as long or even longer than promised. Easy to use, solid construciton, looks good, fits in my car holder without wobbling or being hard to extract, and definitely doesn't leak at all. What more could you want in a travel mug (except maybe a caribiner clip for your backpack or outdoor travels). Go Contigo - Get one for yourself and you will love it too!
