Omg! The mug leaks.......

I love this mug and that love ended this morning because it leaked after 3 months of daily use when on-the-go. I'm so disappointed...it said LEAKPROOF but for only 3 months... Upsetting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never Spills A Drop!

This keeps coffee hot for hours and the lid seals very well and never spills a drop! the lid does fit very tight and you have to have it in the correct alignment when putting it on, but once on to works great!

This is my third type of contigo thermos. The one I had before this one was an auto seal. I loved it, but wanted to try something new. The transition was extremely hard. You have no idea how many times I spilled my coffee at work all over the place before realizing my cup was half empty. The open close feature is rather hard for me. Especially when I am trying to clean my cup. If you forget to snap open the spout before cleaning it your screwed. You might as well screw the lid back on then try opening it again. I currently shopping for a new auto seal contigo, I wish they came out with newer designs. I'll give my SNAPSEAL to my husband. Hes got the stronger hands.

My grandma loves the bottle and she loves the size. She wanted this smaller one after she saw my larger 20oz one so I got this one in a red color for her. It's super cute and it makes me want it. The only issue I had was that even though I got the email that my order went through, I didn't see a tracking number and I didn't get an email that my order shipped.
