The lis is NOT leakproof!!

I have two of these mugs and they both leak (at the fill line and below). I have to wrap the top in papertowels secured by a rubberband before tossing a mug into my work bag where it remains upright until I get to work and put it on my desk.
I am very disappointed in my leak-proof mugs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps my coffee hot for at least 5 hours at work. Usually have drunk it by that time. Could go longer I am sure. Very easy to grip and hold and does not spill or leak, even if upside down. Stands up to rough usage. Only issue I have is the snapseal can be difficult to open after stored empty with snap closed.

snap seal lid is much easier to clean and possible to open/close with 1 hand, I have 2 Byron (black, blue) and one is harder to open the snap for some reason... Ice water still had ice during slow 6 hour golf round in 93F heat - AWESOME!!

Very hard to un-snap the lid

I like the fact that it has the wide mouth (easy to clean) but the lid is very hard to un-snap/open even using both hands.
The Westloop style is a lot better than this one.
