Very dissapointed

This watch Timex Iq+ move was guven me as my birthday present. Loved the design of it. The watch itself works fine. But I could not pair it with my iphone 7. Had nothing else just trouble. Sent the first watch back. Got the replacment today. Thought it will work now. But... No! There seems to be something else. Very disapointed. Would not recomend it. Unfortunatelly will have to send it back and as for money to be return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Watch is good until post-battery change.

I realy enjoyed using this watch. It was very helpful with tracking my activity goals and keeping me looking even better. But as is normal with almost any watch, the battery was in need of a replacement. I went to a jeweler and had it replaced. After that was when I noticed the Bluetooth functions had ceased, it no longer kept time, and there was no longer any sound along with the watch. I had gone through the manual and checked if there could be anything wrong with my phone. There was not and I haven't been able to use the Bluetooth since.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This watch looks good. I can't say it functions well though. Sometimes the step count is more than what my Google Fit app says. Sometimes way less (thousands). The watch says they're connected. I don't know. I've adjusted the "sensor sensitivity" to "high" but this doesn't seem to make a difference. Not sure which one is correct because I'm not quite sure how it reads my steps. Also, the hands never really align properly, no matter what.. None of them. The watch does look good though. I didn't really want to write a review, but Timex asked me to write a review, even after my negative rating I gave after they requested me to rate my purchase through another email. The watch looks like it did in the pictures. I just wish the tracking was consistent or at least understandable.

You also have the option to manually adjust the hands of your watch to properly align them using the Timex connected app on your phone in the process of syncing your watch. Useless without the app

I bought this because I wanted a watch with a face and an alarm. Unfortunately, the alarm doesn't work without the app, and the app does not work with my iPhone. You can't even set the alarm without the app. The only good news is that I can return this.

The syncing process is very sensitive. A lot of times if battery on the watch is draining it will greatly affect the performance during syncing. It is recommended that when doing the syncing, make sure no nearby device with Bluetooth feature will interfere the process.

Mala experiencia, con una semana de comprado dio error de batería baja, lo compré en Estados Unidos pero vivo fuera de ese país y es imposible enviar para repararlo, la tienda autorizada en Costa Rica indican que no trabajan ese modelo.

Watch doesn't synch

The watch doesn't synch with the app at the initial setup, when I use my iphone it stops at 17% and I tried with an android phone and it stops around 80%, I tried several times but all times fail the same way
