Handy for in between cleans

Having a hand held vac is a mist with small kids around, and having one with a decent filter is even better.
This does a fine job picking up small messes, and the handle mount just makes the sloghtly bigger messes that much easier, amd is a great stand to boot.
Not had any issues in 18 mths daily use, except getting filters which were not readily available last year (and the product page says VPF10 and VPF20, but only 20 fits).

Works Great... for about a month

I have now bought two of these vacuums within a year and the second one just went out on me. The first one worked so good and was so convenient but the charging port broke within 5 weeks and eventually by the third month the suction was awful and it wouldn’t hold a charge. I just thought it was a fluke and was so happy with the way it worked when I first bought it I figured I would get another one and hope it would retain its suction and charge. Here I am about 6 months later, and need another new vacuum. It says it’s fully charged when on the charger but as soon as you turn it on the charge drops to two bars and within minutes drops to one bar and then shuts off. The suction isn’t awful at this point but definitely not what it started at. For what I paid per unit, I expected much more from this vacuum, and after buying two of them within a year and both of them going out, I wish I would’ve just gotten a dyson. Bummed.

I've had this for about 16 months. Good cleaner, easy to empty. Just wish the battery would run longer. I've had it in a 'Black & Decker' repair facility, to replace the battery, for 18 days now. New, it ran for 20-25 minutes. Now, it would run for 3-4 min, before shutting down.

Really Liked It At First

I purchased this about 8 months ago and have loved it. I hate having to deal with the dirty filter cups and wish I could just have a filter that needed to be changed or cleaned less frequently. It’s awfully gross having to get the dust and dirt with germs in it flying up into my face from the trash. But now my inconvenience has turned into more of a no go. It makes an extremely loud sound with heavy vibration when I turn it on and until I turn it off. It’s not working properly and I’m looking for answers on what to do about it. It was great for running it through the living room and kitchen real quick each day so I could have things clean with dogs and all. But now it’s not useable. Ugh.

We love this vacuum because it is easy to maneuver as it is not real heavy. It also works great on carpeting and bare floors.

Worst vacuum ever. I used it once a week for cleaning my carpet in living room and dining room. The battery died before completing a year. I thought I used it on pressure so I bought the other model (teal color). Also it’s battery died before completing one year! Save your money and find another brand.
