Gear on motor

Only having this vac a couple of months, the right side of the vacuum head the gear melted the side of plastic vac head and doesn't work. So I took the head apart and removed the melted plastic and gorilla glue the gear to the motor axle , let's see how long this fix last .as seen in photo the gear and motor axle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the same stick vacuum for many years and it finally died on me and they no longer make it, so I had to find something new. I debated over my decision for a bit and then decided to give this one a try. This vacuum is so handy and has made my vacuuming life a lot easier. I do have pets and long hair so as you can imagine, this vacuum needs to do a lot of work, and it has been amazing. I do need to clean the rollers from time to time, but it really just takes a couple minutes. My boyfriend is amazed at how often I vacuum compared to previously and is happy the house is much more clean now. Definitely recommend this product.

Worked good for 5 months

I bought this back in March and was very happy to have a cordless vacuum. However, now it has lost a part on the bottom causing the main end not to spin anymore, therefore it is completely useless to me. Unfortunately I can't use it and do not live anywhere I can just pick up a new one.

Worked fine for a few months

We were pleased with this vacuum at first, but unfortunately, it was short-lived. About four months in, the wheel stopped spinning. We tried taking it apart to see if something was stuck, but nothing seemed to work. We used it very mildly on our hard wood floors and area rug mainly to clean up small amounts of crumbs and dust. We don't have any pets. It then wouldn't even make it through vacuuming one room on a "full charge" and it finally just died out. I'm disappointed as it seemed to be working fine. I wish I would have kept my receipt to get my money back.

Great features...poor battery life.

Features I like: Free standing, so I can stop and leave it upright when I need to move/adjust carpet, furniture etc.; can be charged while sitting on the floor & doesn't need to hang from the wall; easy cleaning of filter; convenient detachable handheld device for cleaning corners, vents, etc. Dislike: Battery life was only one year. Usage was 3-4 times a week; Ran battery until discharged, about 20-30 minutes, was sufficient for my needs. After a year, batter would discharge after 5 minutes. No way to replace the battery.
