I just got this cleaner a few months ago and I loved it! suction was great loved that the nozzel parts can come off for cleaning and love the hose cleaner. All of a sudden the nozzle is now no longer spraying. It still works when I use the hose cleaner but cannot get the nozzle to spray at all.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi ChrstineS1213! That doesn't sound right. We want to help. If your Spotless is not dispensing, please try these steps: The Spotless has a self-cleaning mode that may clear any obstructions. There is also a lint-catcher under the dirty water tank that if clogged, will not allow the unit to dispense. Hope this helps!

Our little guy had reflux for the entire year after he was born and was puking all the time. This little carpet cleaner saved my sanity! I already owned a large carpet cleaner, but wanted something smaller and easier to get out and put away. This cleaner is light and easy to carry around, quick to get filled up and ready, and works wonders! It has saved our carpet and couches from so many nasty baby food stains! I am always so surprised at how dirty the water in the dirty water tank is when I am done! I can't recommend it enough for anyone that has kiddos!

I purchased this for use in my auto rather than having to rent an expensive larger unit. The good: it gets the job done, it is easy to use, and is compact enough to store almost anywhere, and seems overall well designed. Why this did not get five stars: this unit is noisy. And since there is only about eight feet of hose separating you from the noise, it is noticeable. Secondly, the sprayer used to pre-treatand sprays is not very precise and sprays where it is not always wanted. Especially troublesome and noticeable when detailing a car interior. But overall, no regrets for purchasing this unit.

We have been living in the USVI for two years now. Every spring we experience Saharan dust that gets into everything. I filled the cleaner as soon as I received it and cleaned all of my upholstery. It did a perfect job, they look and smell so much better! Washing the machine out afterwards is so easy. I remember having a different machine about 15 years ago, I never could get the dirty water tank and hose clean enough. That isn't the case with this machine. I am very happy I bought it!
