I just bought the spotless machine today. I used it on a few doggie mishaps and it seemed to work. Unfortunately the solution tank leaks horribly. After I cleaned up the dog mess I had to clean the machines mess of water solution in a big puddle on the carpet. Not what I was looking for. I set the machine in a tub and within half an hour the solution tub emptied itself. Not happy at all.

I love this little machine. I have tried the Bissell green machine. No comparison this machine rocks the suction power is great. The water you spray out equals what you suck back out. Would never buy anything else.

It does it's job well. I've had it for about two years now and it still works just the same but the hose is really dirty. It has "self cleaning" tech, which makes you think good things, but all it really does is flow water through the hose. It DOES help. But it's not CLEAN. I have two dogs and four kids, there's some yuck stuff I've used this on. I would have given it more stars if the hose was replaceable. But since it's not I'm now looking for a different cleaner. I would keep it longer, because it DOES still work great, but the smell of the hose is really just awful.

Didn't Work For Long

Mine broke after using it 4 or 5 times. It worked great, initially my only complaint was that is leaked. Then I went to use it and the hose didn't dispense water anymore. I tried to call during business hours and there is no one to talk to. The automated system hangs up and says to go chat with someone online. I tried that several times too and I never get through to anyone. This company is a joke. Someone help me! I should get my money back or at least some info on how to fix it.

Bottom solution compartment leaked all over my floor using it for the first time. I tried adjusting closure/hoses, re-snapping the chamber in and out, but water leaking issue didn't stop. Not sure if I received a lemon of a product or they're all like this.

Poor quality & Poor performance FH11300 Hoover

After 4 attempts of giving this unit a try, it's time to try another brand. After purchasing the first unit and having some satisfaction the unit quit spraying cleaner. The unit was replaced by the retailer. 2nd has same problem and quit working within 2 months. Unit was replaced by retailer after hassle of whose responsibility to replace - retailer vs Hoover. Retailer had replacement unit shipped to residence. Unit quit spraying cleaner on first use!!! Tried to give it ONE MORE chance. SAME PROBLEM!!! Sprayer head/pump in unit is very poor quality and does not perform up to desired needs and expectations. Only used Hoover cleaner that came with the unit.

This product works fine in terms of ability to clean. However, the coiled hose is extremely faulty and prone to leaks and splits, move the main unit not the hose while cleaning!

This was a life saver in the middle of the night last night. I was awoken to my son getting sick over the top of his bunk! Ugh I ran in to find a mess on the floor. I love that I was able to just pull out this little portable carpet scrubber instead of a large full size one. It did a great job at cleaning up the mess. There is no smell or spot left on my tan colored carpet! So glad I had the Hoover - Spotless Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to save my night! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a little scrubber. This was an amazing Christmas gift that I'm glad I received!
