I've owned this product for a few months and it has been a godsend to me. We own an off white sectional which is hard to keep clean. This upholstery cleaner did an amazing job at cleaning it. I never thought it would come this clean. It looks like new! I also use it to keep my carpet and upholstery in my car looking new. I will definitely be recommending this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced machine to clean their upholstery!

I love that the weight is just right to carry it from couch to couch. It cleans the upholstery off any stains and this is the only Cleaner I'll use for the job

Worked ok until it broke

Thought it was a reasonably decent machine, didn't like that the spray path was very wide (not really suitable to spot clean), but otherwise ok. Then the hose literally ripped right at the handle, 5 weeks after the warranty ended. That's a ridiculously short lifespan for an expensive spot cleaner, especially considering we did not put it to heavy use. Likely was used about 15 times in its lifespan. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a replacement from Hoover.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this over a year ago and have used it so many times! We have a screened in porch with patio furniture with cushions. You should see how much dirt comes out of those cushions! It appears that most of the solution sprayed is pulled out with the suction. I actually use an additional water only spray just to get everything out. My cushions look brand new after having them for 8 years (they don't get too wet outside, just dust from the road and lake). I LOVE this product! Also - the self-cleaning hose is amazing. My device is completely clean when I store it.

Sprayer is trash.

I used this machine one time and it functioned "fine." The sprayer took a few squeezes to get going but then it had great pressure. Only problem was next time I filled the tank, the sprayer wouldn't spray at all. This thing was brand new out of the box and quit spraying in under 24hrs. I think it was also leaking some out the bottom at one point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
