After light use and only a few months of ownership, the clean water tank gasket leaks. It was fine at first. Waiting for an e-mail response from customer service re: why this may be happening.

Used it for the first time yesterday. Works great! Has enough suction. The tanks are big enough to clean a lot of spots. Gave it a 5 star for first impression. Will see how it holds up. We have four dogs and a cat with light colored carpet. We have the deluxe carpet cleaner full size and this little machine makes it great to clean up those little accidents. It is very light and easy to carry and use. Nothing negative to report so far!!

Recently purchased this portable shampooer, have only used twice but has done very well in picking up pet stains. I did like the way if cleaned and has a feature of cleaning the hose after cleaning is completed.

Oh my goodness! I cant say enough about this product. Between my furry babies and human babies, these keep my lazy boys looking clean! This also helped TONS when we were going through potty training, it got all the smells and stains out! I highly reccomend if you have kids and fur kids! Its great for quick clean ups, i run it at night and my couch is looking amazing the next day!

I bought this primarily for small spots on my carpet. It works great when I get little spills and do not feel like doing the whole carpet. It is also great for spots from day to day dirt. I decided to try this on my couch because there was a stain. It worked perfectly. It is quick to use yet gets out stains. I have even used this on the rest of my furniture as a refresher and I couldn't believe how clean my furniture looked. This little machine is now going to be part of my seasonal cleaning. I am so happy I decided to purchase it.

I recieved the spotless portable carpet and upholstery cleaner for my birthday. I was so excited to use this. If you have kids or pets you need this in your life. It cleans up messes really quick. Its easy to use and isn't heavy or bulky. I love that I can take it on the go. I use it to clean everyday spills and messes. It cleans the couch up in no time. I love that its self cleaning which means it doesn't get stinky. I love my hoover products and own several. They are a great product and the customer service is excellent!

I have the previous model of this cleaner and it needed a big improvement on the cap problem that kept breaking in the dispenser tank. This model is designed entirely different and I'm glad I purchased it. This small cleaner is extrememly convenient for small jobs. Love it.
