I purchased to clean my couch as it sees my 6 dogs and 2 cats daily and sometimes pets have accidents ! I cannot believe how much dirt it pulled from my couch it looks brand new! Also the cleaning port for the hose is awesome at getting the left over hair out of the tube !

I bought this item several years ago, and it is the best product I've bought. It gets the job well done. I use it to clean my carpet in my car, and furniture in my house. My carpet and upholstery looks brand new. I love the features, and it is very easy to use. I'm so glad I purchased this. I recommend this to everyone. You will absolutely love this!

Used if for spot cleaning in the house and vehicles. The pump quit working like other reviews ... in Less than a year of ownership. The pump must get hot and times out. After it sitting off for a bit it will work briefly then quit

I've had this portable cleaner for about two months now and I'm absolutely in love with it. It's my new favorite household appliance. It cleaned even the toughest stains out of my couch cushions and arm rests. This has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I have three kids, one of whom may or may not be part would animal, that constantly spill food and drinks on my carpets and furniture. I also have two indoor cats that come with their own messes. I seriously love this machine!

This is the perfect machine for spot treatments! I bought this so I wouldn't have to rent bulky machines intended for the whole house/rooms. I only needed it to clean specific "accident" spots from my dog.

This model is easy to carry, simple to operate. The hose ripped after two years of light use I think made worse by the fact that it tightly wraps around the machine for storage, and I cannot replace the hose- all this plastic has to go to the landfill?

Item in box is not what is on front of box!

Very disappointed with this item. It does clean cat messes but not dirt from carpet. Also, what is in the box is not what is pictured on the front of the box. The brush attachment shown is black with a clear front adn 3 rows of red bristles, actual attachment is all clear and has only ONE row of bristles. The attachment is also supposd to have a button to release if from the hose. There is NO button! You cannot remove it unless you pry it off with a screwdriver! The box shows a button and the instructions also show a button. You are supoosed to remove the attachment & hook the hose to the machine to run water through but you can't take the attachment off so you can't clean it. Using a screwdriver to pry it is going the break the cheap plastic attachment. I did try to contact Hoover but the bot said it was too busy and booted me off. When purchasing anything I expect to receive what is pictured on the box not some other cheap junk. Disappointed!!

I am in love with this portable carpet cleaner. It has managed to get out everything my 4 year old has thrown its way. Kool-aid, nail polish, marker and play doh to name a few. It's light weight and small bit cleans like a full size machine. It's super easy to operate and clean. Couldn't ask for a better carpet cleaner
