Started Leaking After A Couple of Uses

I used this to clean my sofa and it did a great job, but when I used it a second time the unit was leaking horribly. I would not purchase this item if you need it last for more than one use.

This does not last long at all!

I have used this item a few times and the hose started breaking at the handle after the first couple of uses. It leaks like crazy from the bottom. And the "self-cleaning" hose clearly doesn't clean at all. The hose is gross already!

I loved my carpet cleaner until it started leaking. Then the measuring cap broke along with the hose and the suction part is extremely difficult to clean. I went to buy a replacement hose but apparently its not available. I've only had it for a year, I shouldn't have to buy a whole new machine.

This product allowed me to keep my carpet, rug and couch cleaned in between deep cleanings. It cleans and suctions water up so that the area can dry quicker. Having 4 kids and a dog I use this almost daily.

I purchased this Hoover upholstery cleaner after my older Hoover model finally wore out (had for over 10 years!) as I thought it would be a good replacement. I was totally wrong, as this model is made out of cheaper materials and started slowly leaking at first, then by the 3rd time I used it, it was spraying soap and water out of both sides of the bottom. Terrible quality!!

Purchased this after having moved a relative in and she has the sweetest little dog. (Can you tell that's sarcastic) ... It was a welcomed stay and since my family had been thinking of getting a dog ourselves, it gave us the perfect chance for those 3 months to see how we would like it. Well needless to say, the yorkie wasn't trained to hold it and let someone know when she wanted to use the bathroom and decided the rug was the best spot to do so. The fiancé and i opted to go half and half with my sister on it and it helped keep things clean. Very light weight so the ladies were able to use it and not just wait on me to get home from work to do it. Ive always been one to rent a cleaner but this was a good buy and since we plan on getting a dog as well now, i know we will put it to use even more.
