Sprayer malfunction

I just bought this machine and wasn’t even able to get a single use out of it. Sprayer doesn’t spray cleaner, the suction feels like it might be decent if the sprayer worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The hose attachment ripped and there's no replacement for it. I also had another issue with their carpet cleaner. The water leaked and ruined my hardwood floors.

Great machine but no replacement parts

Bought this a few years ago. Worked great, but accidentally left it with some liquid in the clean liquid tank and got some mold. There are NO replacement tanks available. 5 stars for the machine. 1 star for lack of parts support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can’t find replacement for the hose. The hose cracked at the handle. I wish they would sell replacements, cause I like the machine.

Loved while it worked

I loved this, it cleans so well. However finding out I can't replace broken or works parts seems so wasteful.

Broken after using it only 3 times
