I've had the Spotless for over two years and use it constantly. I have 2 dogs and two cats and there seems to be something to clean up every other day, especially with a puppy. Quick tip usit right away don't let your stain sit. There are two drawbacks, first the hose is cracking around the handle and second the fill cup for the solution cracked when I was screwing back in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Spotless Cleaner does a good job of cleaning small areas. In my case, cat hairballs and puppy mistakes were the problem. The Spotless did a great job and the hose cleaning system works well.

I only used this portable cleaner once on one of our dining chairs to clean and I'm very satisfied. I can't believe how much dirt it pulled from one chair, the chair looks new now. I already own floor cleaner that has a similar attachment to clean small areas, but it is too big for everyday use. This one is perfect size to move around and it can do work quick and doesn't take up much storage space.

Does exactly what it states, but was expecting a steam

I purchased this last week. I was expecting a steam cleaner to steam out the stains. How can luke warm water clean stains? I found myself heating up water to place in the container to use to pick up stains.

Hose does not last. No replacement part can be bought. Connection has no flexibility and is made to break...even just clipping hose in storage mount bends hose and will break it.
