I bought this product in anticipation of fur-ball season and I am glad I did. From out-of-the-box to carpet-being-clean took a very short time. Set up involved five easy steps and included were generous samples of cleaning solution. In no time at all the carpet was amazingly clean. I am glad I got it.

Didn't even use any detergents, just warm water! Machine took most.of the water out so carpet dried in less than an hour with a fan!
