I am rating the Hoover Customer 5 stars. I had bought a GO Spot cleaner which leaked sooo bad after 1 use. Needless to say, I was disappointed that a Hoover product had failed me. I was upset and decided to write the company, expecting my letter to fall on deaf ears. To my surprise it didn't. Within hours, I received an apology email asking what happen, where was it leaking from and stepped up to help resolve my issue. It was amazing customer service experience. Although, my One Spot Cleaner had failed, Hoover did not. The company has true ethics and integrity. I can really say, Hoover stands behind its products. If it fails, they will do their best to help ensure the customer is satisfied. Thank you Hoover, I will recommend your company and its products. My experience with you shows me you will stand behind your products.

First one ran for 5 years. Excited to get a 2nd one because such a great experience with the first. However the 2nd one's solution tank leaks. It could only be a leaky gasket because no other place the liquid comes out.

It works pretty great. Doesn't go "too" deep that you can't suck up the rest of the water, vacuums too! And, looks pretty decadent and living-room industrial (which is a positive thing)!

I bought this cleaner aproximately 1 month ago and it has stopped completely. Will not even turn on now..... Noticed water leaking through a hole underneath tank onto floor last use so i self cleaned and tried it again but will not power on at all now? Very confusing and i really depend on it. Ive used it 6 times now and im not sure what ro do now?

Very unsatisfied with the spot cleaner , went threw 2 of them first one had sprayer problem was replaced by retailer, second one hose ripped from the handle and sprayer problems , time for another brand

This carpet cleaner is light weight, powerful, and cleans really well. We have had stains in our carpet for months that this will lift up right away. It's also very easy to clean and has a simple hose cleaner attachment that comes with it.
