This machine is horrible. Only used it a couple of times and it is leaking from the bottom of the solution tank. I wouldn't buy another one if it was the last one on the planet. Can't find any help to resolve this situation.

Does not suck up the cleaner

I am going over and over the spot it to suction it up and it stays wet.

I purchased this two weeks ago and have used it three times. Most of the water/cleaner runs out of the bottom. It is click into place correctly. Today I had a mess to clean and had to use a bowl to catch the water. So hard, btw. I measured what was in the bowl. TWO cups! I will say it would be a great machine if it weren't for that major issue. It has good suction and the two tanks is a wonderful feature.

Have a 15 year old terrier, the main reason I got this for her accidents, and I am very impressed. Especially self cleaning, and the sucking power practically dries the rug. Light enough for carrying upstairs. Got this because of the reviews, and I' m glad I did. Thanks Hoover!

I've been very impressed with my Hoover Spotless Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner since purchasing it. I use it everyday and since I have a bad back, I love how easy it is to carry and move around. It works great on the carpet and furniture in my house and interior of my van.

Purchased a Hoover, because of the product name. Owned it for less than a year, worked great the first 7 times, then the multi tool sprayer continued to spray. Had to stop machine push in the sprayer by hand.

I am rating the Hoover Customer 5 stars. I had bought a GO Spot cleaner which leaked sooo bad after 1 use. Needless to say, I was disappointed that a Hoover product had failed me. I was upset and decided to write the company, expecting my letter to fall on deaf ears. To my surprise it didn't. Within hours, I received an apology email asking what happen, where was it leaking from and stepped up to help resolve my issue. It was amazing customer service experience. Although, my One Spot Cleaner had failed, Hoover did not. The company has true ethics and integrity. I can really say, Hoover stands behind its products. If it fails, they will do their best to help ensure the customer is satisfied. Thank you Hoover, I will recommend your company and its products. My experience with you shows me you will stand behind your products.
