Loved this cleaner....initially. Used approximately half a dozen times then the spray head stopped spraying. That makes the machine a bit useless. I dont think I would buy this again.

My elder dog has been experiencing some incontinence issues lately, and this does a quite good job at getting any of his messes cleaned up quickly before they have a chance to settle. Only drawback I have with it is that I wish the suction was a bit stronger, often you have to press down fairly hard to get all of the liquid out of the carpet, and that can become tiring to the wrists after a bit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've contacted customer service twice now, both times they said they'd send me a return label since their product is faulty. The seal on the product isn't the best, it leaks even when I'm not even using it. It's been 4 days now and still no return shipping label. I'll be contacting my bank to deal with it instead.

Hose broke within 6 months of use

The hose on my unit split after only 6 months use. Looks like this is a common issue but can't get the part. Should be provided free due to the large number of complaints.

I am disappointed with this product. Basically it just sprays the cleaning solution, you scrub with the brush, and the suction is too weak to get most of the water back into the tank. After multiple swipes, I only suctioned up maybe an eighth of the amount of water sprayed. I could of just cleaned using a spray cleaner and a brush.

Hi Indie12! We certainly don't want you to be disappointed with your Spotless Portable cleaner. We want to help. When using the hose to suck up water, be careful not to lay the tool flat which cuts off air flow and weakens suction. Instead, hold the tool at an angle on your upholstery. We hope this tip helps!

Solution Tank Leaks

Overall, cleaning with the product works well. I'm able to spray and clean up the messes but the solution tank leaks every single time. I'd guess it leaks about a tablespoon a minute. I think if we replace the o-ring it *should* fix the issue, but the machine isn't very old so it shouldn't already be leaking. Glad it's the solution tank and not the recovery tank!

Great for car upholstery

I purchased this little gem to clean the seats and rug of my car, it works great at getting out coffee and soda stains of my rug, and soda and food stains on my seats. It is very portable and easy to use.Just pour in the cleaning solution and the water and off you go. Plus with the duel tank you know you will only be using the clean water and you will be surprised what you pick up when you empty the dirty tank. Yuck !!! I highly recommend this machine to anyone who wants a deep down clean.
