This has been one of the most used gadgets in our home! I simply take it from room to room with every accidents and spills made by either the kids or pets. It's so easy to use. You just fill it with water and a little solution then put it on top of the spot you need cleaned! It's basically self cleaning. I've used it on both carpet and upholstery and it does the most amazing job spot cleaning! It has completely removed tough stains like fruit juice from our beige carpet completely. It has successfully cleaned up a milk spill and got rid of it's smell! It's a must-have for a home with kids and/or pets.

Started leaking after the fourth use

This product works great and I enjoyed using until recently. The clean water tank has a fitting on the bottom that has a silicone corrugated sleeve that makes the seal. But now it doesn't seal well and hence it leaks from the bottom of the housing. Can I get a replacement ring seal? I don't see one on the parts list.
