Ok, I bought this product a while back because face it, between kids and pets, who can afford to have a professional come in and clean your carpets all the time. I need to use this at least 2 or 3 times a week just for spot stains. It works wonders. I have used the heck on it, and I would buy it again if needed....

I am really happy with this machine. I used it on my stairs and was amazed with the outcome. The unit fits nicely on stairs so as you move up it can come along with you. The nozzle has catches any hair or fibres that may be on your carpet. I really liked the smell of the detergent too - reminds me of fresh linens. My favourite thing about it is that I could clean the hose out soooo easily ! so before putting it away I can give it a rinse through to keep the machine clean - pretty smart. Can't wait to try it on my car.

Worked well for a while. Then the hose, which is pretty brittle, cracked, and it's not replaceable.
