This is my husband 2 one they last forever!!! Very durable and protects the phone the best!!! He has dropped his phone many of times and nothing has ever happened to his phone!!!His first one lasted over 6 years!!!! He would not buy anything but this case for his phone..

Very good case solid I like it but the screen protection that comes on the case is garbage and makes it hard to use the phone I took it off and now the phone works perfectly just using a tempered glass screen protector and the case is a good combo

We're sorry to hear that you were experiencing trouble with the screen protector on this Defender series! It sounds like the integrated plastic on that case was strangely sitting a little higher than usual, resulting in what we call a "trampoline gap." For future reference, had you contacted us, we would have loved to help get you a warranty replacement, but as it is, taking off any crucial parts of the case can void the warranty. In this instance, our friendly Otters may be able to make an exception, since removing any part of the Defender can compromise the overall protection of the unit. If you would like to look into this further, please feel free to reach out to us at 1-855-688-7269, and we'll gladly see what we can do!

I just wanted to let everyone know, that this is a nice looking case, however the back picture on the back of the case peels off. Whomever put the picture on the case, didn't put it on right because it peels off. When I place the phone in my pants and take it out, the picture peels up because the picture wasn't formatted right.

I had a realtree case for my iPhone 5 and on the back it has a circular hole that allows to show the apple on the back of the phone. I loved this case. So I upgraded to the iPhone 7 and ordered a new case and was excited to get it except when I opened the package and saw that otterbox has removed the circular hole and it now does not show the apple. That was a big change that made me return the case for a refund.

I was looking purchase an Otterbox case and someone had told me that this particular case would fit my child's phone. I was very happy and excited that I had finally found this camouflage case! Well, it did not fit. I was highly disappointed.
I wish that OtterBox would have a case that fits the Apple iPhone plus models. Specifically, the Realtree camouflage cases, as this is the new thing these days.
