[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a month ago. Installation was fairly easy. Unit runs quietly but doesn't seem to drain very fast. It has no problem disposing what food waste you put in it. The plastic housing of the unit seems cheap and doesn't fit together very well but doesn't affect the performance of the disposal

The upgraded model has corrected all the problems we had. Quiet, efficient in grinding and disposing food, and backed by a sound warranty and support team.
