Good looks; convenient burner/knob placement; sturdy build; Ugly black steel knobs (definitely should be replaced with stainless knobs)

Love The Bosch NGM5655UC Cooktop!

We installed our cooktop in our custom log home last year and absolutely love it (we're on propane). Love having five burners, and the special simmer and high heat burners work flawlessly. Highly recommend this cooktop! Just a tip, the Clorox Cleaning Wipes clean the stainless surface effortlessly. Doesn't matter what gets spilled, the wipes clean it right up.

Now I'm Cooking with Gas!

This cooktop is so responsive, it's quick and easily controllable. I learned to cook with gas but every home we owned had electric an stove. Finally, the cooktop I've been on waiting my whole life. With it's five burners and an extra large burner in the center your all set for creating a fabulous meal. It is wonderful!

Have owned all the Major high-end brands of gas cooktops. Bosch is the first gas cooktop that I can honestly say has empowered me to simmer, saute and wok cook without total frustration by the end of a meal. Currently building a canning kitchen and we have decided that all the appliances going into the canning kitchen will be Bosch. We are officially hooked on Bosch. Also, own a Bosch dishwasher.
