Great Upgrade/Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older gas cooktop that came with the house. When we decided to upgrade to granite counters, we wanted an upgraded cooktop but didn't want to pay a fortune. This model looks better than other versions that were almost twice the price. We liked the layout and features of this model better also. Amazed that some products have plastic knobs...plastic doesn't last around heat.

Electric? Never again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this stove top in about a week ago and I can not believe how AMAZING it is! Not only is it very pleasing to the eye it works wonderful! I did a lot of research on several cook tops and had not picked this one until I went into the store and saw it. If you are considering buying one I hope you choose this one! It is awesome!

Best cooktop ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop was purchased to replace a 12yr old Bosch cooktop in a kitchen update project. We liked the burner in the middle design and the overall design has a contemporary feel which is what we wanted. Quality and design sold us on this Bosch cooktop.

Thrilled with my new cooktop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Four months ago, I purchased my Bosch gas cooktop. I wanted to wait to do a review so that I could become familiar with it. The burners are precise. The center, highest power burner (20,000BTUs) is incredibly powerful and heats to a boil very quickly.....and I live in a high altitude! The upper right burner has a simmer feature that works nicely. The stainless steel finish looks beautiful, however, be careful to not use anything abrasive on the stainless steel. It can scratch! I have found that the stainless finish, and the cast iron grills are easy to clean, as long as you clean up after the cook top has cooled. However, if you have an over-spill, it sometimes burns around the flames and leaves a brown residue. After trying several of the suggested cleaners, I found that "Barkeeper's Friend" works the best to clean difficult spots and general clean up. Over-all, I simply LOVE my gas cooktop!!!!!

Oh, to really cook with gas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had a gas range or cook top since we were married (39 yrs); so when we built our new home we agreed it was time. Then the work began...we searched reviews for all makes and models and selected the Bosch 36" cook top. Boy are we glad we did. This thing is "instant on" when you turn a nob and the controls are heavenly. We are very glad we selected the 36" model as we do a lot of cooking and have many pots and pans going at the same time. There is room on this thing to pan fry a small pickup truck and boil 5 acres of potatoes at one time. Seriously, you will never feel that your pans are cramped on this cook top.
It is a breeze to clean which helps when you cook as much as we do. We love it!

OMG - I feel like a kitchen goddess!
