[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this LG Signature refrigerator over 2 years ago and I absolutely love it. Great design to complement my modern kitchen. This refrigerator offers a lot from elegance, space, features (LED lights under racks, sliding freezer racks, automatic opening door, knock on) to Concierge customer service. This is my 3rd LG Signature product (also own LG Signature Range and Dishwasher). Strongly recommend it
I have had LG Signature refrigerator for a little over 3 years and just loved it. I especially loved the freezer french door, how the freezer drawers would automatically move forward when a door is opened, and most of all, a very fancy auto door feature when my hands are full gripping a large pots or when my hands are full till its cooling.
Pros: ease of use, Style/Design, Features/Settings
I’d some issues with the first two refrigerators not sealing and leaking air in freezer. LG signature service was awesome and was there for me throughout the ordeal. Shipping was the issue as the freezer was being bent. I just had an issue on the third fridge as it was not cooling to proper temperature. A qualified tech came to replace parts and all is working well. I really love the spaciousness and features. I wish the racks were better adjusted for taller items as I have to lay items sideways in the fridge. Freezer is the best. Lots of storage and the automatic shelves are wonderful. Very hard to hook up to WiFi.

water dispenser is warm, I called LG and nobody did anything, so I never buy or recoment LG
