2 YEARS AND NOT AN ISSUE! MOVE THE SHELVES IF YOU NEED SPACE FOR TALLER ITEMS. IF YOU CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAT THE READ MANUAL.
IF YOUR DOOE WAS STUCK AND THE MULLION WAS HITTING THE RIGHT BIN SO PREVENTING OPENING IT< YOU DID NOT NEED A STICK< JUST SIMPLY OPEN LEFT DOOR AND IN THE FUTURE DO NOT FORCE OPEN THE AUTO DOOR IF IT IS ENGAGED, YOU WILL BREAK THE AUTO CLOSE FOR THE MULLION,, COMMON SENSE.. IF I EVER NEEDED A REPAIR ON COMPRESSOR I WOULD NEVER PAY FOR GAS.. LOL! ANYWAY WE ALL LOVE THIS UNIT AND STILL HAPPY IT PART OF OUR EVERYDAY USE.. ONLY THING I WISH IS THAT BOTH DOORS OPEN LIKE GATES TO THE HEAVEN IT REALLY IS INSIDE...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I choose this model because I wanted to splurge to see inside. I am not disappointed. It is nice to just tap and look inside to see what I have before opening. Also if I think I want to eat I look through the glass and not keep the door open. A feature I was not expecting is it chimes at me when I leave the door open. I did not realize how often I leave it open before closing it. It has been a bit of a luxury having the round cubes and I do love them, they last longer. The only down fall is that it does make ice slowly. I do wish it would produce ice more quickly. Otherwise it was a great buy.

Very beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an Lg fridge and was having lots of issues i had two techs come out to figure out why my freezer door wasn’t closing. With my persistence the tech figured out that the fridge cabinet was off and not repairable. I got a replacement and i noticed that the back of the fridge was blowing hot air. Turns out that when you close the fridge door it will blow the freezer door open, just a crack. Enough to where it’s not noticeable until you feel the hot air from the back of the fridge or when the freezer builds snow and icicles.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
