The auto open and close feature it has is very helpfull when you have your hands full and just need that little help. The doors do feels a little heavy when opening and closing but the heavy doors shiws this is a quality frig
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two cons: the front is not magnetic. So annoying. Can’t put anything on the front of the refrigerator. Kids grades or coupons, grocery lists. Nothing. Also, when you knock twice to look at the quick grab, it doesn’t light up much so, you can’t really see what you want to grab so you just end up opening up the quick grab door to look at what’s in there. Otherwise, the two separate freezers save energy, cuz I put smoothie stuff in one and frozen dinners in the other so you’re not constantly opening the freezer for one thing. I love the automatic drawers that pull out for you. I love the automatic door open feature for when your hand is full. Wish the door would open a bit wider, cuz you still have to grab the door and swing it open.

I bought this refrigerator from Costco for $7999.00 and it was delivered to me on March 23, 2021. Day one, the wifi system malfunctioned. Ok fine they figured it out and fixed it. week two, the door mullion malfunctioned so the door wood not open. It opened 2 inches and we had to use a stick to push the mullion back to open the door. Called Costco and routed is to LG and finally after 2 weeks a guy showed up to fix it. He said that this is the first time seeing this problem. He could not fix it and they sent a lady a week after to look at it. She did not have right tools to fix it! She did that she needs to go get a right wrench. Ok finally the door was fixed. Within about 100 days of use the refrigerator yes the signature one stopped cooling. I called the same route and on July 20 Mr. Appliance was tasked to come and diagnose the problem. It took them 16 days to show up. They told me they know what the problem is and they get so many of these a day to fix. The lady told me that she will order the compressor and seal system and that will be fixed. When the showed up the so called expert said he just went ahead and ordered required parts. After being out of fridge for 26 days he came back with tools and parts and replaced compressor and seal system and charged me $200 for the refrigerant!!! He said that within the next 24 hours my fridge will be cooling with no issue. We waited 30 hour and not only the problem is not fixed but also it’s worst than the time it was not touched. this is about month that we are without refrigerator with two children at hime in the hottest summer. As I am writing we don’t have a fridge. We paid $8000 for this crappie product to have a piece of mind. LG and Costco both suck. No more purchasing from them for the rest of my life.

Bought my LG SIDE BY SIDE EEFRIGERATOR 2 YEARS AGO COMPRESSOR WENT OUT, COST ESTIMATED WAS 850.00 TO REPAR WITH NO GUARANTEE. WE BOUGHT ANOTHER BRAND!!!!!!
