Nice cutlery set. The handles should have a textured or a knurled type finish to prevent slipping if your hands are the least bit wet. Other than the smooth handles, it is a nice set.

I really like this knife set, however I do have one criticism. The handles on the steak knives are quite narrow and just don't fit comfortably in your hand. The handles on the other pieces are of good weight and are ergonomically designed. The selection of knives is great. If the steak knife handles don't matter to you, then I would definitely recommend because the other knives are excellent.

I love everything except the steak knives. They chew the meat, they do not have a smooth cut. Have tried them on steak, chicken, pork, all the same. Have never had a knife chew meat before.
