I have had these since Crhristmas 2017, and I love these knives. I have yet the need to sharpen them. My ownly dislike is that the scissors started to rust already and the pivot point. I recomend these as a perfect starter set to an avid house chef.

I was surprised to learn these knives were hand wash only after accidentally putting in dishwasher upon first use and having rust develop - very disappointed since this does not line up with quality I’ve come to know & appreciate from cuisinart and will influence future purchases :(
